柽柳eIF1A基因耐重金属CdCl_2胁迫能力分析

摘    要:通过实时荧光RT-PCR技术研究了CdCl2胁迫下不同时间点柽柳根、茎、叶中eIF1A基因的表达模式,结果表明:该基因受CdCl2胁迫诱导明显,可能参与柽柳的CdCl2胁迫应答。进一步对转柽柳eIF1A基因的T2代烟草进行CdCl2胁迫,测定各转基因株系及野生型烟草的MDA、POD、SOD、可溶性蛋白含量等各项抗逆生理指标,结果表明柽柳eIF1A基因具有提高烟草的耐CdCl2胁迫的能力。

Abstract:The expression pattern of eIF1A genes in root,stem or leaf of Tamarix androssowii in response to CdCl2 stress was studied by quantitative real-time RT-PCR detection.Results showed that the eIF1A gene was highly induced by CdCl2 stress,indicating that it is likely to closely associate with responses of T.androssowii to CdCl2 stress.Furthermore,the stress related physiological parameters of the T2 transgenic tobacco plants,including contents of MDA,POD,SOD,and soluble protein,were compared with those of the c...
