摘    要:以木纤维为原料,对其进行酚醛树脂浸渍处理,与强化材料Fe或Zn粉末复合,然后高温烧结,制造强化木陶瓷.强化材料的添加使产品保留率增加.添加木纤维质量18%的Fe金属粉末,产品的硬度由8.45 MPa提高到了13.60 MPa.采用Zn金属粉末时,产品的硬度提高到9.80 MPa.耐磨性及电磁屏蔽性能均有明显提高,而抗拉强度、抗压强度提高不明显,甚至有些下降.采用不同金属粉末复合有不同的效果.微观结构分析表明,添加的Fe元素大部分以较大的颗粒状存在于样品中,未能均匀分布.

Abstract:Strengthened woodceramics were prepared with raw material of wood fiber,which was impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin and mixed with Fe or Zn powder,and then sintered.Yield was improved due to the addition of metal materials.The hardness of the products increased from 8.45MPa to 13.60MPa as the Fe content was 18% of the wood fiber weight,and the hardness reached 9.80MPa using Zn instead of Fe.Abradability and electromagnetic shielding properties of the products were clearly improved as well.Tensile s...
