4种野生花灌木硬枝的扦插

以燕山东段的4种野生花灌木三裂绣线菊(Spiraea trilobata L．)、卫矛(Euonymus alatus Thunb．)、毛樱桃(Prunus tomentosa Thunb．)、叶底珠(Securinega suffruticosa Rehd．)为材料，进行了硬枝扦插研究。结果表明，不同花灌木的最适外源激素和含量各不相同，其中50mg／kg和100mg／kg的ABT生根粉对三裂绣线菊的生根率影响最显著，IBA对生根数和根长有极显著的促进作用；100mg／kg的ABT和NAA可有效提高卫矛的生根率，不同含量的IBA均可显著增加插穗不定根根数；50mg／kg的IBA处理毛樱桃插穗效果最好，其次为50mg／kg的ABT，对生根率、根长和根数均有显著的促进作用，NAA最差，且NAA对插稳生根甚至起阻碍作用；而叶底珠以50mg／kg的NAA和ABT处理效果较好，对其生根率、根长和根数的促进作用都较明显。

Hardwood Cutting of Four Wild Shrubs

Four kinds of wild shrubs grown on the east part of Yanshan Mountain was used as experimental materials, including Spiraea trilobata L., Euonymus alatus Thunb., Prunus tomentosa Thunb. and Securinega suffruticosa Rehd.. The effects of varieties and concentrations of exogenous hormone on the rooting of hardwood cuttings were investigated. The bottom of cuttings was treated with ABT, NAA and IBA at concentrations of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg, respectively before the cuttings were inserted. The rooting percentage and the length and number of adventitious roots were studied. The result indicates that ABT has a remarkable effect on rooting percentage of Spiraea trilobata cuttings, especially the treatments for ABT 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg, but IBA has close relationships with rooting length and number. ABT and NAA with the concentration of 100 mg/kg can effectively promote the rooting percentage of Euonymus alatus cuttings, and different concentrations of IBA all have significant stimulative effects on the number of adventitious roots. The best rooting treatment for Prunus tomentosa is IBA 50 mg/kg, the next is ABT 50 mg/kg, and the worst is NAA. The ABT and NAA with the concentration of 50 mg/kg have marked effects on the rooting percentage as well as the length and number of roots for Securinega suffruticosa.
