鹿茸粉对四氯化碳急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:利用四氯化碳构建小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,观察肝组织病理学形态,分析肝损伤程度.结果显示:鹿茸粉中、高剂量组与四氯化碳模型组相比ALT、AST水平显著降低(P<0.01),小剂量组差异不显著(P﹥0.05),中、高剂量组发生肝细胞坏死的动物例数减少,病变程度减轻.鹿茸粉对小鼠四氯化碳急性肝损伤有保护作用,且呈剂量依赖性.

Abstract:A model of acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) was established using mice as experimental objects. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum were measured,and the pathological changes of liver tissue were also observed.
