| Abstract: | The gypsy moth ( Lymantria dispar L.) feeds on the leaves of many kinds of trees, which often break out periodically with great ecnomic damages for forestry production. The present status of studies and applications on biological control to the gypsy moth were presented in this paper, involving natural insect enemies, NPV, Bt, sexual exohormone and gene engineering techniques. |
