木材纤维/铜纤维复合中密度纤维板

摘    要:试验分析了铜纤维的施加比例对木材纤维/铜纤维复合中密度纤维板物理力学性能和电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,铜纤维的施加比例对复合中密度纤维板的力学性能影响显著,在木材纤维/铜纤维混合原料中施加一定量的异氰酸酯胶,可显著改善复合中密度纤维板的胶合性能,其胶合强度可以达到国家标准的要求。铜纤维施加比例对复合中密度纤维板的电磁屏蔽效能影响显著,铜纤维在中密度纤维板中的复合位置对电磁屏蔽效能影响较显著,当中密度纤维板双表面复合铜纤维且施加比例为3时其电磁屏蔽效能可达到60dB以上。

Abstract:The effects of copper fiber ratios were studied on the physical and mechanical property and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of wood fiber/copper fiber mixed composite MDF. The results showed that copper fiber ratio had a significant effect on the mechanical property of composite MDF, and some PMDI applied to the copper fiber could improve the bonding strength significantly, by which the bonding strength could reach the national standard. The copper fiber ratio also had a remarkable effect on the electromagnetic shielding property, and the position of the copper fiber in the composite MDF showed an obvious effect on the electromagnetic shielding property. The electromagnetic shielding property of the composite MDF could be above 60dB when the ratio of the copper fiber placed on the double surfaces was 3.
