吉林省黑豆种质资源调查报告

通过对吉林省60份黑豆品种的主要性状调查分析结果表明，平均为0.13g／粒(0.0031—0．1400g)，均属小粒型。粒型以椭圆(31．67％)和肾形(30.00％)为主，其次是扁椭圆形(15.00％)。生育习性以直立型为主占55．00％，半直立和半蔓生型分别为23．30％和16．67％。无限结荚习性占主导地位为93.33％。植株平均高度为110．64cm，几乎全部为高杆类型。但品种间差异较大(100．61—141．11cm)。子叶全部为黄色，椭圆形叶占96．67％。棕色茸毛占76．67％，紫花占68．33％。并且发现紫花与棕色茸毛多一起出现。脐色中比例最大的是黑色占46.67％。平均生育日数为127d。各地区间基本没有差别。蛋白质平均含量为43．04％，脂肪平均含量为17。44％。通过对比筛选出了抗旱、高蛋白质的优质种源ZDD07581号。

Research Report on Cultivar Resource of Black - bean in Jilin Province

The main characteristics of 60 shares of black-bean varieties in Jilin Province were investigated. The results show that the even weight per black-bean is 0.13 g, and the black-bean belongs to granule specie. The grains are oval, kidney-shaped and flat oval, accounting for 31.67%, 30.00% and 15.00%, respectively. The bearing habits of erection type, half -erection type and trailing type account for 55.00%, 23.30% and 16.67%, respectively. The podding temperament occupy the predominant position (accounting for 93.33%). The average plant height is 110.64 cm, and almost all of them are high pole type, but there exists a significant difference between individuals. Cotyledon is yellow, and ovate leaves occupy 96.67%. Brown pods occupy 76.67%, the purple flowers 68.33%, and it is discovered that the purple flower and brown pods often appear together. Black hilum occupy 46.67%. The average bearing time is 127 days. The average contents of protein and fat are 43.04% and 17.44%, respectively. The super cultivar resource with drought-resistance and high protein was screened out, which is the No.ZDD07581.
