摘    要:以硝普钠(SNP)为NO(一氧化氮)供体、亚甲基蓝(MB-1)为NO清除剂,重点研究NO对百合切花寿命与生理效应的影响.结果表明:0.1 mmol·L-1SNP释放的NO可显著延长百合切花的瓶插寿命,增大最大花茎,延长达到最大花茎所需时间,增加切花花枝鲜质量,缓解切花中可溶性蛋白质的降解速度,显著提高花瓣中抗氧化酶SO...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effect of exogenous nitric oxide(NO) on the vase life and physiological indexes of cut lily flowers using sodium nitroprusside(SNP) as NO donor and Methylene blue(MB-1) as NO scavenger.Results showed that NO released by 0.1mmol·L-1 SNP could significantly extend the vase life and increase the maximum flower diameter of cut lily flowers,prolong the time the flowers reach the maximum flower diameter,and increase the fresh weight of flower stems.Moreover,SNP could reduce the degradation rate of soluble protein,markedly enhance activities of SOD and POD in the petals,and inhibit the increase of MDA and free proline contents.However,as a scavenger of NO,MB-1 could partially or entirely reverse the active effects of NO on the physiological indexes of cut lily flowers.
