基于PLC的沙漠苗条栽植机控制系统设计

摘    要:基于PLC(Programmable Logic Control)的沙漠苗条栽植机是为了改善沙漠环境,使沙漠苗条栽植机的工作自动化,提高栽植机工作的可靠性和效率,提高栽植苗条的质量,减轻劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,大大加速沙漠、沙地绿化的速度.通过对沙地苗条栽植进行任务规划和工艺流程分析,确定了PLC的I/O点数和PLC控制器,给出了硬件组成和程序流程图等.经实地试验表明,插条深度适中,提高了沙地环境改善装备的自动化水平和苗条成活率及栽植效率.
