四川省不同产地杜仲种子性状及发芽能力差异

从四川省8个主要栽培区选择50个优良单株采集种子,分析了不同产地种子性状及发芽能力。结果表明:不同产地杜仲种子纵径、横径、纵横比、质量、发芽率、发芽势及生活力间差异均显著;种子性状及发芽能力与地理、气候等环境因子有相关性但不显著;旺苍、昭化、青川、峨眉产地的种子纵径、横径、纵横比、质量、发芽率、发芽势及生活力表现较优,可作为杜仲采种基地;其中昭化6号、2号和青川7号等单株可作为优良母树加以利用和保护。

Differences in Eucommia ulmoides Seed Traits and Germination Ability from Different Habitats of Sichuan Prov-ince

With 50 excellent seeds per plant from eight mains cultivated area in Sichuan Province, we analyzed the seed traits and germination ability in diverse habitats.The significant differences were found among different habitat longitudinal diam-eter, transverse diameter, aspect ratio, 1000-grain weight, germination percentage,germination vigor and vitality.Seed traits and germination ability were correlated with environmental factors such as geography and climate, but not significant. The seed originating from Wangcang, Zhaohua, Emei showed good performance in longitudinal diameter, transverse diame-ter, aspect ratio, 1000-grain weight, germination percentage, germination vigor and vitality.It could be viewed as the Eu-commia seed base.Zhaohua No.6, No.2 and Qingchuan No.7 per plant could be seen as an excellent seed stand in utiliza-tion and protection.
