笼养大鸨繁殖不同时期行为时间分配及活动节律

2010年4月到8月,采用瞬时扫描法对长春动植物公园两对繁殖良好的大鸨的繁殖行为时间分配和活动节律进行了研究,并利用独立样本T检验分析了不同性别大鸨繁殖前后期行为的性别差异,以及相同性别的大鸨在繁殖的不同时期的行为差异。结果表示:大鸨繁殖期的各种行为活动具有一定的时间分配和日节律,取食行为多发生在上午和下午的中间时段,炫耀、孵化多在早晨和傍晚,而中午的大部分时间处于休息状态。繁殖前期,大鸨的行为主要表现为静立、趴卧和游走,雌雄大鸨的这3种行为分别占全部行为的80.63%和66.34%;到繁殖后期,雌鸨各种行为的时间分配发生了较大变化,90.41%的时间都在坐巢孵卵,孵化、采食、警戒行为有明显的节律,而雄鸨的静立、趴卧和游走3种行为仍占较大的比例(59.23%)。研究同时表明,大鸨繁殖时期,各种行为所占的比例不仅存在着一定的性别差异,而且同一性别个体的各种行为所占的比例在不同的繁殖阶段(繁殖前期和繁殖后期)也有很大变化。
