摘    要:采用PCR-DGGE技术对不同施肥处理毛竹根际微生物多样性特征进行研究.结果表明:采用改进的蛋白酶K-CTAB法提取的毛竹土壤DNA经PCR扩增的产物经DGGE检测后得到的电泳条带清晰且分离效果好,可以明显反映出毛竹根际微生物多样性的变化.根际微生物种群组成特征受施肥量、肥料种类影响很大,施肥能够增加毛竹根际微生物的多...
