摘    要:对由野生桦褐孔菌茵核分离得到的纯茵种,采用不同配方进行母种、原种、栽培袋培养基对比试验及菌核形成条件的研究。结果表明:母种培养基以葡萄糖、黄豆粉综合培养基为最好;原种培养基以玉米粒为最好;茵核人工代料栽培培养料以桦木屑52%、玉米芯26%、麦麸20%、白糖1%、石膏1%、水分65%为最好,生物学效率达30%。

Abstract:A pure strain was isolated from the selerotia of wild Inonotus obliquus.Different culture media were applied to the comparison experiments on mother cuhttre,stock culture and cultivation with cultural sacks,and the formative condition of sclerotia was studied.Results showed that the optimum mother culture medium is the synthetic culture medium with glu- cose and soybean powder,and the optimal formula of stock culture medium is corn.The best compositions for sclerotia substitute cultivation were obtained as birch sawdust 52%,corncob 26%,bran 20%,white sugar 1%,gypsum 1% and water 65%,and the biological efficiency reached 30%.
