摘    要:为了探讨采用聚氨酯胶作为胶黏剂的多层实木复合地板快速辊压生产较优工艺,以涂胶量、冷压时间、冷压压力3个因素为研究对象,采用响应曲面法分析地板剪切强度并确定较优工艺参数。结果表明:涂胶量与冷压时间对多层实木复合地板胶层剪切强度有显著影响;冷压压力无显著影响。较优工艺参数为:涂胶量98 g/m2,冷压时间24 s,压辊下降3 mm即压力1.2 MPa。

Abstract:We studied the effects of parameters (adhesive spread, press time, and press pressure) on the response parameter (shear strength) of engineered wood flooring boned with PUR by response surface methodology.The major factors were adhesive spread and press time, and applied pressure had insignificant effects on shear strength.The optimized parameters were 98g/m2, 24s and 1.2MPa for adhesive spread, press time and press pressure, respectively.
