| 摘 要： | 为了解不同地区土壤中金龟子绿僵菌菌株间的亲缘关系,以及不同菌株亲缘关系的远近与菌株的菌落形态和地理来源是否存在相关关系,对分离自河北省8个地区土壤中的12株金龟子绿僵菌进行形态观察及DNA多态性的RAPD分析.结果表明,不同地理来源菌株间的菌落形态和DNA图谱均存在明显差异;依据菌落孢子的分布形态、基质色泽、孢子颜色以及珠状渗出液的有无等特征能实现与RAPD聚类结果相同的菌株类型划分结果,证实了利用菌株培养特征对菌株亲缘关系远近进行类型划分的可行性;同时,RAPD聚类结果也表明菌株问差异与地理来源有一定的相关性.

| Abstract: | The morphological observation and RAPD analysis of DNA polymorphism of 12 Metarhizium anisopliae strains,isolated from soil in eight regions of Hebei Province,were studied in order to understand the genetic relationships among strains and the colony morphology of the strains in different areas.
