摘    要:将68只水貂按雌雄、体质量随机分为两组,分别饲喂常规鲜料(对照组)和配合饲料(试验组),在育成期进行饲养试验和消化试验。结果表明:母貂干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率对照组均高于试验组(P<0.05),公貂干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率对照组均显著高于试验组(P<0.01);试验组水貂干物质采食量和可消化干物质均略高于对照组;粗脂肪和粗纤维表观消化率试验组均高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);对照组和试验组水貂能量表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组水貂质量的增加均大于对照组。试验结果证实,采用配合饲料与一定比例的新鲜原料喂养水貂,是提高水貂生长性能、解决其饲料来源困难的比较合理的办法。

Abstract:Sixty-eight minks were randomly divided into two groups according to sex and weight which were fed with the fresh feed (comparison group) and the formulated feed (test group). The experiments were conducted to study the digestion and the effect of raising formulated feed in the growing period of mink. Results showed that apparent digestibilities of dry matter and crude protein of the female mink in the group fed with fresh general feed (comparison group) were higher than that fed with the formulated feed (test group) (P<0.05), while there was significant difference between the comparison group and the test group for the male mink (P<0.01). The dry matter intake and the digestible dry matter of minks in the test group were a little higher than those in the comparison group. The apparent digestibilities of crude fat and crude fiber of minks in the test group were significantly higher than those in comparison group (P<0.01). The apparent digestibility of energy had no difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The average daily body weight gain for the test group was higher than that for the comparison group. The test results approve that raising mink with formulated feed is a rational method for improving the growth performance of minks and solving the shortage of feed sources.
