吉林地区地榆的化学成分分析及评价

摘    要:对吉林地区野生地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis L.)植物的根、茎、叶有效成分和生理活性物质进行了定量测定,并与几种植物资源中淀粉、鞣质、黄酮类以及原花青素的舍量作了对比分析。结果表明:野生地榆的根中富含淀粉(16.1%)、鞣质(8.85%)、原花青素(0.559%)以及黄酮类化合物(4.68%),其含量不仅高于在茎和叶中的含量,也高于或相当于一般植物中的含量。鞣质、原花青素和黄酮类化合物在保健和医疗方面具有宽范围的生理活性,是一种很有开发潜力的植物资源。

Abstract:The quantitative determination was conducted on efficient composition and physiological activity substance in the root, stem and leaves of Sanguisorba officinalis L. which distributes wildly in Jilin regions. Comparative analysis was also carried out between the determination results and the contents of starch, tannis, flavones and original anthocyanin in several plants. The result showed that the root of Sanguisorba officinalis was rich in starch, tannis, flavones and original anthocyanin. The contents of starch, tannis, flavones and original anthocyanin were16.1%, 8.85%, 4.68% and 0.559%, respectively, which were equal to or higher than those in the common plants. Therefore, Sanguisorba officinalis was a potential resource due to the wide physiological functions of tannis, flavones and original anthocyanin in medical treatment and health protection.
