| 摘 要： | 以紫丁香盛花期的新鲜花粉为材料,采用单因素试验研究不同质量浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、萘乙酸(NAA)4种生长调节物质对紫丁香花粉离体萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明,较低质量浓度的GA3、6-BA、NAA能促进紫丁香花粉萌发和花粉管的生长,超过一定质量浓度则起抑制作用。最适宜花粉萌发和花粉管伸长的赤霉素质量浓度为100 mg.L-1,6-BA为10 mg.L-1,NAA为10mg.L-1,2,4-D对紫丁香花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用,抑制程度随质量浓度的提高而增强。

| Abstract: | An experiment was conducted to study the effects of four plant growth regulators(GA3,6-BA,2,4-D and NAA) on pollen germination and tube growth of Syringa oblata through single-factor design using fresh pollens as the testing material.Results showed that lower concentrations of GA3,6-BA,NAA could stimulate pollen germination and tube growth,while GA3,6-BA,NAA would have an inhibitory effect when the concentrations were higher than a certain level.The most suitable concentrations of GA3,6-BA,NAA for pollen ge... |
