莫莫格湿地土壤微生物量碳动态及与酶活性的关系

摘    要:以莫莫格国家级自然保护区内泥炭沼泽土、沼泽化草甸土和草甸土3种类型土壤为对象,研究不同深度土层中土壤微生物量碳的动态变化及其与土壤酶活性之间的关系,为土壤碳转化循环过程的研究提供基础。结果表明:与泥炭沼泽土和草甸土比较,沼泽化草甸土壤微生物量碳最低。湿地土壤微生物量碳随土层深度的增加而逐渐降低,且垂直变化非常明显。泥炭沼泽土壤微生物量碳季节变化大于草甸土。湿地土壤酶活性随着土层加深呈下降趋势,且垂直变异显著。Fe2O3还原酶、蔗糖酶、酸(中)性磷酸酶均与湿地土壤微生物量碳呈显著正相关性。

Abstract:In order to provide the research basis for the studying process of soil carbon cycle,the relationships between soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and soil enzyme activities were revealed in peat mire soil,marsh-meadow soil and meadow soil from Momoge National Nature Reserve.The content of MBC of marsh-meadow soil was the lowest one,compared with the values of peat mire soil and meadow soil.The MBC content of the soil in wetland decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth,which changed significantly in the vertical direction of soil.The seasonal changes in MBC of peat mire soil were much higher than those of meadow soil.There were negative trends in soil enzyme activities with the increase of soil depth in wetland,of which the changes were significant in the vertical direction of soil.There was a significant positive correlation between soil MBC and soil enzyme activities of Fe2O3 reduced enzyme,invertase and acid/neutral phosphatase.
