微型指榫角部接合与圆榫及直角榫接合性能比较

摘    要:通过试验,对微型指榫角部接合与圆榫及直角榫接合性能进行了比较和研究。结果证明,刚度效率大约为0.7~0.8与直角榫接合相类似.比圆榫接合刚度效率大。微型指榫弯曲强度效率约为0.5~0.6,比圆榫和直角榫接合强度高(圆榫接合弯曲强度效率为0.3)。

Abstract:The properties of mini-finger joint in corner, dowel joint.tenon and mortise joint were compared and studied through experiment. The results prove that the efficiency of the rigidity is about 0. 7-0. 8, Which is similar to that of tenon and mortise joint and is higher than that of dowel joint. The effciency of bending strength of mini-finger jiont is about 0. 5-0. 6. It is bigger than that of dowel joint, tenon and mortise joint (The efficiency of bending strength of dowel joint is about 0. 3).
