摘    要:以我国特有的黄藤为研究对象,对不同生长时期导管壁木质素分布及质量分数、细胞壁微区上木质素分布规律等进行研究,探寻木质化程度与其性质间关系,提高我国棕榈藤资源高附加值加工利用水平.结果表明:轴向向下,导管细胞壁中S基木质素质量分数先增后减,而S基和G基木质素总量整体呈下降变化趋势.径向由外向内,导管壁中S基木质素质量分数...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the lignin distribution and content in the vessel wall and the lignin distribution on the micro-morphological regions of the vessel wall of Daemonorops margaritae during different development stages,in order to find the relationships between the lignification and the properties,and improve the levels of high value-added process and utilization of Chinese rattan resources.Results showed that,with height decreasing in axial,the content of S-lignin first increased and then decreased,and the total content of S-lignin and G-lignin decreased;in radial from outer to inner of the cane,the content of S-lignin in vessel wall first decreased and then increased at the top and the middle of the cane,while it first increased and then decreased at 2m height and decreased gradually at the bottom of the cane.The total content of S-lignin and G-lignin first decreased and then increased at the top,2m height and bottom of the cane,while it increased gradually at the middle of the cane.From the outside to the inner of the vessel wall,the content of S-lignin showed an S-shaped change,while the total content of S-lignin and G-lignin first decreased and then increased.The lowest values for both S-lignin and the total of S-lignin and G-lignin were nearly at the inner part of the vessel wall.
