摘    要:以超高产玉米先玉335为试验材料,研究其剪根对叶片保护酶活性及产量的影响.结果表明:在供试生育时期内,剪根后,超高产玉米叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性有不同程度的降低,随着生育时期的延长,其保护酶活性逐渐升高,到吐丝期达到最高点,此后逐渐降低,剪2/5和3/5根处理均显著低于对照;而叶片丙二醛的变化则呈现相反的变化.除...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of root pruning on protective enzyme activities and yield of super high-yield corn(Xianyu 335).Result indicated that,compared with the control,SOD,POD and CAT activities in the leaves of root pruned corn plants decreased to varying degrees after root pruning,and then increased with the prolonged growth stage.The protective enzyme activities reached their peak at the silking stage,and then reduced quickly.When two-fifths or three-fifths of roots were pruned around the plants,the protective enzyme activities in the leaves of the corn plants were obviously lower than those of the control.However,the change in MDA content in the leaves of corn plants showed an adverse trend.Except for the treatment of pruning one-fifth of roots,the yields of the super high-yield corn plants from all the other treatments were significantly lower than those of the control,and the maximum decreasing amplitude reached 44.2%.
