摘    要:探讨了用粉碎后的玉米秸秆作为翠菊育苗基质中草炭的替代品。试验采用随机区组设计方法,共设7个基质配方,将供试的玉米秸秆分为腐熟和未腐熟2种。研究了不同育苗基质配方对翠菊幼苗生长发育的影响,采用GGE双标图对试验数据进行直观分析。结果表明:翠菊幼苗在不同基质配方下表现出明显的差异,其中以T3处理V(腐熟玉米秸秆):V(园土)=3:1]和T7处理(CK)V(草炭):V(园土)=3:1]最有利于翠菊幼苗的生长发育。利用腐熟玉米秸秆代替育苗基质中的草炭用于翠菊,既可以节省草炭资源,又可解决草炭资源日益枯竭的问题,同时,玉米秸秆来源丰富,可再生,成本低。用GGE双标图研究不同育苗基质配方对翠菊幼苗生长发育的影响,不仅可以直观而有效的进行分析和判断,还可以明确地得到各指标间的相互影响情况。
