摘    要:以婆婆纳(Veronica didymaTenore)的叶片、茎节、茎段、顶芽为外植体,接种在附加2,4-D、6-BA、NAA等不同质量浓度和组合的培养基中进行离体培养,并比较了不同培养基上不同外植体的诱导率。结果表明,诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体是叶片,诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D0.01 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,愈伤组织诱导率为100%。诱导愈伤组织分化的最适培养基为MS+2,4-D0.01 mg/L+6-BA0.75mg/L+NAA1.75 mg/L,分化率为90%。诱导生根的培养基为l/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L,生根率为90%。

Abstract:Leaves,stem internodes,stem segments without nodes and apical bud of Veronica didyma,which were used as the explants,were inoculated into the MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of 2,4-D,6-BA,NAA or different hormone combinations.The induction rates of different explants were compared.Result showed that the best explants for callus induction were leaves of V.didyma and the optimum culture medium was MS medium containing 0.01 mgL 2,4-D,1.0 mgL 6-BA and 1.0 mgL NAA,with an induction rate of 1...
