摘 要: | 利用同源克隆技术,从落叶松-杨栅锈菌( Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.)菌株Wh03中克隆得到酿酒酵母MKK1和MKK2的同源基因,命名为MlpMK K1/2-WH。测序结果显示,MlpMKK1/2-WH基因的开放阅读框长度为1218 bp,编码405个氨基酸。 MlpMKK1/2-WH蛋白具有保守的PKc_Pek1_like和Pkinase结构域。系统进化树分析表明,MlpMKK12/-WH与柄锈菌属3种锈菌中的同源蛋白亲缘关系最近。

Abstract: | By using homology-based cloning method , the gene MlpMKK1/2-WH was cloned and sequenced from Melampsora larici-populina (Mlp) Chinese strain Wh03.The full-length ORF of MlpMKK1/2-WH was 1 218 bp, encoding 405 amino acid residues.The deduced MlpMKK1/2-WH protein contains conserved PKc_Pek1_like and Pkinase domains.By phylo-genetic analysis , MlpMKK1/2-WH had the closest relationship with the othologs from three rust fungi belonging to the ge-nus Puccinia. |
