复叶槭茎段诱导的愈伤组织解剖学观察

摘    要:利用组织切片技术研究了不同颜色、不同质地的愈伤组织以及茎节在不同时期诱导的愈伤组织的内部结构。结果表明,不同颜色和不同质地的愈伤组织的细胞排列方式、细胞大小等有所不同,浅棕色疏松等浅色系的愈伤组织多为胚性愈伤组织。茎节在不同时期的细胞分裂有一定差异,通过组织学观察到了不定芽的形成过程。

Abstract:The callus of different colors and textures and the inner structures of callus induced from stalk nodes in different phases were studied by means of slice technique. Result showed that the arrangement mode and the size of cells are different for callus of different colors and textures. Callus of light colors, such as light brown callus with loose arrangement mode, mostly belong to embryogenic callus. Some differences in cell division of stalk node were found in different phases, and the formation process of adventitious buds was discovered by histological observation.
