嗜热链球菌活菌制剂保护剂及其工艺

摘    要:为提高嗜热链球菌片剂的活菌存活率,延长其有效期,在扩大培养、制剂压片两个工艺流程分别加入保护剂,并利用数学统计方法进行了优化,得到最佳保护剂配方。首先利用P1ackett—Burman设计法,对扩大培养时加入的8种材料及制剂压片时的12种材料的保护效果进行评价,筛选出影响嗜热链球菌存活率的两组重要因素。利用均匀设计法进一步得到重要因素的最适质量分数。验证试验表明:在扩大培养时加入0.5%蔗糖和3.5%可溶性淀粉对存活率有显著保护作用;在制剂压片时加入12.0%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、25.0%可溶性淀粉、4.5%硫代硫酸钠、2.5%麦芽糖对存活率有显著保护作用。
