山芹菜籽精油化学组成的GC-MS分析

摘    要:为了研究山芹菜(Spuriopimpinnella brachycarpa(Kom.)kitagawa)籽精油的化学组成,采用超临界CO2流体萃取法(SFE-CO2)与水蒸气蒸馏法(SDE)提取了山芹菜籽中的挥发油,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分别对超临界油与水蒸气油的挥发性成分进行了分析,同时对SFE-CO2油进行了甲酯化,采用GC-MS分析了脂肪酸组成.结果表明:从SFE-CO2油中分离出28种组分,保留时间4~17 min;从SDE油中分离出16个组分,保留时间4~10 min;对SFE-CO2油甲酯化后的分析结果表明,SFE-CO2油中含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸4种脂肪酸.表明SFE-CO2方法不仅能够萃取如脂肪酸乙酯类沸点较高的挥发性成分,还能提取难挥发的脂肪酸类化合物.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the chemical composition of the essential oil from the seed of Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa by the methods of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction(SFE-CO2)and steam distillation extraction(SDE).
