膜荚黄芪多糖外源因素诱导组合的筛选

摘    要:利用正交试验设计,以膜荚黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.))生物活性物质——黄芪多糖质量分数为衡量指标,筛选出最佳外界诱导因素组合。结果表明:影响叶、茎多糖质量分数的最佳处理时间是9 d和6d;影响根多糖质量分数的最佳处理时间是6 d。影响叶多糖质量分数的最佳处理组合是培养基处理地下部位9 d,影响茎多糖质量分数的最佳处理组合是硝酸银处理地下部位9 d,影响根多糖质量分数的最佳处理组合是培养基处理地上部位6 d。黄芪多糖代谢途径的最佳外源诱导因素是硝酸银溶液,最佳处理部位是地下部分,最佳处理时间是6~9 d,最佳多糖质量分数变化检测部位是黄芪根部。

Content of Bioactivator of Astarg alus By Exogenous Factors
Abstract:We studied the content of Astragalus polysaccharides in Astragalusbioactivator induced by external stimuli and screen -ing out the best combination of stimulating factors .By using the orthogonal experiment design , the content of Astragalus polysaccharide was measured for measurable indicator , screening for regulation elicitor of Astragalus polysaccharide for sec-ondary metabolism pathways .The best treatment times for leaves and stems were 9 and 6 d, respectively, and the best treatment time for roots was 6 d.The best combination of the treatment for leaf polysaccharide was A 2 B4 C2;the best combi-nation of the treatment for stem polysaccharide was A 4 B4 C2;the best combination of the treatment for root polysaccharide was A2B3C1.The silver nitrate solution was the best elicitor of polysaccharide secondary metabolic pathways , the best pro-cessing part was the underground part , the best time for treatment was 6-9 d, and the best detection part was root .
