阳光环境对木塑地板耐久性能的影响

摘    要:研究阳光环境对木塑地板材色、抗弯性能和弯曲疲劳性能的影响,并用六元件模型拟合地板的疲劳性能。结果表明:阳光环境中,木塑地板褪色黄变,2~6个月后,抗弯强度下降10.09%~20.27%,抗弯弹性模量下降7.35%~16.38%。2个月后,材料产生的应变为室温时的1.17~1.39倍;由于温湿度、紫外线和光照强度的降低,4个月后,材料产生的应变开始减小;6个月后,材料产生的应变反而比室温时小。木塑地板的疲劳行为与塑料等高分子材料类似,且具有简单热流变材料特性,符合时间—温度—应力等效原理。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the impacts of the sunshine environment on color,bending properties and flexural fatigue behaviors of wood-plastic floorings.The fatigue behaviors were simulated by a six-parameter model.Results showed that the wood-plastic floorings turned yellow,and the modulus of rupture(MOR) reduced by 10.09%-20.27% and the modulus of elastic(MOE) reduced by 7.35%-16.38% 2-6 months after the wood-plastic floorings were exposed to the sunshine environment.The strain of the wood-plasti...
