用同工酶研究胡杨天然群体遗传结构

摘    要:通过对胡杨8个天然群体的MDH,EST,ACP和SKD4种酶系统的分析。结果表明,在胡杨群体被测定位点中,多态性位点百分率为59.38%,等位基因平均数为1.81,平均期望杂合度为0.329。有效等位基因平均数为1.382。由遗传距离得知,吉木萨尔和尉犁不同的亲缘关系最近。

Abstract:Four kinds of enzyme systems such as MDH, EST, ACP and SKD of 8 natural populations of Populus euphratica Oliv were studied by means of isozyme analysis The results are as follows: the mean percentage of polymorphic loci (P) is 59 38%, the average number of alleles (A) is 1 81, and the mean effective number of alleles (Ne) is 1 382 The genetic distance (D) shows that there exists very close relationship in the populations between Jimsar and Yuli, and secondary genetic relationship exists in the populations are Kashi with Jimsar, Yuli, Kuche 6 3 percent of the allozyme variability are attributed to the differentiation among the populations, while the remaining 93 7% resides within the different populations
