红松松针锈病病原菌的研究

摘    要:红松松针锈病是分布广、发病重的长年流行病。人工接种试验和野外调查结果证明病原菌是升麻鞘锈菌(Coleosporium cimicifugatum Th(?)m.),其性孢子和锈孢子的寄主是红松Pinus koraeinsis],夏孢子和冬孢子的寄主是升麻(Cimicifuga foetide)、单穗升麻 (C.simplex)、燕尾凤毛菊(Saussurea serrata)、东北燕尾凤毛菊 (S.serrate var.amureinsis)、北凤毛菊(S.discolor)和卵叶凤毛菊(S.grandifolia)等六种植物,夏孢子有再侵染力和交互侵染力。

Abstract:The needle rust of korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) is a very serious and widely spreaded disease occuring every year. It is verified by the results of artificial inoculation tests and natural investigations that the pathogen of this disease is Coleosporium cimicifisgatum Th(?)m. The host of the pycniospores and the aeciospores is korean pine, and that of the urediospores and teliospores is the following 6 species: Cimicifuga foetida, C. simplex, Saussurea serrata, S. serrata var. amurensis, S. discolcr and S. grandifolia. The urediospores can reinfect its hosts and the urediospores from different hosts can infect their hosts alternately.
