摘    要:针对木质剩余物轨枕复合材料,采用美国标准ASTM D 1037的6循环加速老化试验法对产品进行耐老化性能试验,通过对轨枕复合材料的24h吸水厚度膨胀率的变化、静态弯曲力学性能的变化以及内结合强度变化的分析.结果表明:24h总的吸水厚度膨胀率不超过30%,纵向静曲强度(RMO),弹性模量(EMO)的保留值分别为72.63、5030MPa,横向静曲强度(RMO), 弹性模量(EMO)的保留值分别为39.79、3770MPa,内结合强度保留值为1.02,保留率为38%,均满足ASTM D 1037标准要求.

Abstract:Six-cycle accelerated aging test in ASTM D 1037 was used to study the aging properties of sleeper composites made from timber residuals in terms of thickness swelling after 24-hour water soak,static bending properties,and inner bond strength.The indexes were obtained as thickness swelling after 24-hour water soak less than 30 percent,the retention values of longitudinal modulus of rupture(MOR) and modulus of elasticity(MOE) 72.63 MPa and 5 030 MPa,horizontal MOR and MOE 39.79 MPa and 3 770 MPa,inner bond st...
