摘    要:以五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Pan-ch.)盆栽幼苗为实验材料,分析了失水胁迫对其幼苗生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:水分胁迫对五叶地锦幼苗的几个生理指标影响显著;随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量和土壤含水量呈显著下降趋势,叶片水分饱和亏缺逐渐增大;质膜相对透性增大,丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度增加;脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数都随着胁迫时间的延长而逐渐升高;随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势.
