| 摘 要： | 对21个球孢白僵菌(Beauveriabassiana)菌株的生长、产孢能力、抗逆性等生物学性状以及对松墨天牛(M.alternatus)4龄幼虫的毒力进行了全面的比较研究。综合各菌株的生物学特性和对天牛幼虫的毒力指标,最终得出防治松墨天牛幼虫最优良菌株是来自浙江象山的Bxs和来自江苏的B5菌株,其中Bxs在生长指标上略占优势,B在抗性指标上略占优势。 |

| Abstract: | A comprehensively comparative study of 21 Beauveria bassiana strains was conducted in terms of biological characteristics and toxicity to the larvae of M. alternatus, including strain growth, conidium-producing ability and the resistance of spores. Results showed that strain B_ xs from Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province and strain B_5 from Jiangsu Province are superior to others judging from their biological characteristics and toxicities to four-year-old larva of M. alternatus. B_ xs has superiority in growth and B_5 in tolerance. |
