十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的合成工艺

摘    要:以木薯淀粉为原料,十二烯基琥珀酸酐为酯化剂,在水相介质中对低取代度十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的制备工艺进行了研究。考察了十二烯基琥珀酸酐用量与滴加速度、pH值、反应温度、反应时间和淀粉乳浓度对十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯取代度的影响。结果表明,延长反应时间有利于反应,增加酯化剂用量可使产品取代度增加,但反应效率下降,十二烯基琥珀酸酐的滴加速度对产品取代度的影响较小。

Abstract:Synthetical technology for low substitution degree of starch dodecenylsuccinate in aqueous slurry system was studied by using tapioca starch as raw materials, dodecenylsuccinic anhydride as esterification reagent. The effect of some factors such as reaction time, amount of dodecenylsuccinic anhydride, reaction temperature, pH value and starch milk concentration on substitution degree of starch dodecenylsuccinate was investigated. The result showed that the substitution degree of starch dodecenylsuccinate increased with the increase of reaction time and amount of dodecenylsuccinic anhydride. But the raising amount of dodecenylsuccinic anhydride led to the decrease of the reaction efficiency. The velocity of adding dodecenylsuccinic anhydride had little effect on substitution degree of starch dodecenylsuccinate under a certain condition.
