摘    要:以黄藤为研究对象,采用生物解剖学方法,系统分析了维管束、后生木质部大导管及纤维形态特征等主要解剖特征及其与生长发育规律之间的关系。结果表明:随着轴向高度增加,维管束比量先升后降,导管分子长度和长宽比先降后升;维管束长短径、纤维双壁厚、壁腔比、管直径和形状因子逐渐减小;维管束密度、纤维腔径和导管分子密度呈增加的变化趋势。径向由藤芯到藤皮维管束比量和密度、纤维长度、长宽比和壁腔比、导管密度逐渐增大;维管束长径和短径、纤维腔径、导管分子直径、形状因子逐渐减小。维管束比量、长径、短径、形状因子和密度分别为40.2%、468.933μm、333.838μm、0.722和5.76个.mm-2,纤维长度、直径(宽度)、腔径、双壁厚、长宽比和壁腔比分别为990.476μm、12.041μm、6.350μm、5.691μm、86.23和1.05。导管分子长度、直径、长宽比、形状因子和密度分别为1 621.796μm、187.172μm、9.207、0.877和5.65个.mm-2。
