摘    要:以东北西部主要杨树品种1年生扦插苗为试验材料,探讨了盐碱胁迫条件下,植物膜脂过氧化及膜保护酶活性等指标的变化规律,对抗盐能力及耐盐机理进行了系统R研究。结果表明:随胁迫强度的增加,各项指标均呈规律性变化,并对各品种适应和抵抗盐碱的能力进行了综合评价。

Abstract:The changing regularity of membrane oxidation and enzyme activity was discussed under various salt-alkaline stresses by using one-year-old cutting seedlings of the main popular varieties in the west of northeast region as testing materials. The salt resistance capacity and salt tolerance mechanisms were studied, and the capability of adapting and salt-alkali-tolerance of varieties were evaluated synthetically. The results showed that with the increasing of salt concentrations and pH, all physiological indices changed regularly.
