大型运输容器减震用改性木材的研制

摘    要:为了筛选大型运输容器减震器用木材,对泡桐、柳杉、杨木、落叶松、杉木等多种人工林木材进行了大变形抗压测试及减震性能分析。结果表明:仅密度达0.4 g/cm3的杉木,能满足大型运输容器减震材料要求,其资源极其有限;通过对低密度人工林杉木进行树脂浸渍增强改性,提高其减震性能,使其能满足大型运输容器减震材料要求,从而可充分利用人工林杉木资源。

Abstract:We studied the shock absorption performance of several plantation woods of Paulownia wood, Sugi wood, Poplar wood, Larch wood, Chinese-fir wood in China by the large deformation compression testing to find out the suitable wood to make the large shock absorber.Only Chinese-fir wood with a density up to 0.4 g/cm3 could meet the special needs with lim-ited natural resource.Through resin impregnation modification the shock absorption performance of low density Chinese-fir wood could be improved and also met the material requirements of the special large shock absorber for full use of the plan-tation wood.
