| 摘 要： | 通过对目前常用的3种林业土壤微生物C测定方法（薰蒸培养法、薰蒸浸提法及基质诱导呼吸法）的基本思路的阐述，并结合近期的一些研究结果和作者自己的实践，对上述3种方法的优点、缺点、限制条件等做了比较和分析，为在林地质量评价中合理地选择土壤微生物量测定方法提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Through elucidation of the basic principle of three commonly-applied methods for determination of forest soil microbial biomass C (fumigation incubation method, fumigation extraction method and substrate-induced respiration method), combining recent study results and the author's own experiments, the advantages, disadvantages and application limitation of above-mentioned methods are compared and discussed in this paper, which can provide a scientific background for rational choice of microbial biomass determination method in forest soil quality evaluation. |
