林火对土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:对大兴安岭新林林业局20a内不同年份间隔的11块炎烧迹地土壤进行了调查取样和室内实验分析,发现不同火烧年限的低,中、高强度火烧迹地土壤微生物的数量变化不相同;高强度火烧对土壤微生物有致死作用;中强度火烧后,土壤中细菌,真菌,放线菌数量有增加的趋势;低强度火烧后,细菌,真菌,放线菌数量变化规律不明显。在连年火烧迹地上,细菌数量下降,真菌,放线菌数量有增加的趋势。

Abstract:Based on the investigation, sampling and lab's analysis to 11 soil samples from burnt forests in Xinlin Forestry Bureau in the Daxing'anling region, the authors find that high intensity fire can significantly kill soil microorganism; after moderate intensity fires, the amounts of the bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes significantly increased; and after low intensity fires, the amounts of the bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes irregularly changed. In the sites where burned yearly, the amounts of bacteria declined, the amounts of fungi and actinomycetes significantly increased.
