长白落叶松天然群体遗传结构的研究

摘    要:利用同工酶分析技术对长白落叶松(LarixolgensisHenry)天然群体遗传结构进行了研究,用3种酶系统(GOT、MDH、EST)、7个位点对11个天然群体进行了分析。结果表明:长白落叶松具有较高的变异水平.所有位点的平均多态位点百分率为63.9%、每个位点的等位基因平均数为1.62、平均期望杂合度为0.206、且群体处于Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡状态;群体的分化程度较低.90.4%的变异来自于群体内.9.6%的变异存在于群体间.平均遗传距离为0.0724:而表型性状的遗传变异中.73.8%的变异来自于群体内.26.2%的变异来自群体间。长白落叶松群体在酶位点和表型性状上的变异趋势基本一致。

Abstract:Natural population genetic structure of Larix olgensis Henry was studied using seven isozyme loci within 11 populations in three zyme systems (GOT.MDH. EST). Results of this survey indicates that Larix olgensis has relatively high level of genetic variation. The percentage of polymorphic loci is 63.9%. the number of alleles per locus is 1. 62. The average expected heterozygosity is 0. 206. There is no evidence of significant departures from Hardy-Weinberg expectation. The differentiation of populations is relatively low. 9.6% of the allozyme variation is contributed to the differentiation among the clusters while the remaining 90.4% resided within the different clusters. The average genetic distance is 0. 0724. The analysis of variation for phenological characters give the same general trentd and average genetic variation within the different clusters is 73. 8%. 26. 2% resided among clusters.
