| 摘 要： | 阐述了林业法制的含义，对中国林业可持续发展法制环境条件进行了分析，透析了我国林业立法，法律制度，执法以及法律监督过程中存在的问题，在此基础之上，系统提出未来10a内林业可持续发展条件下法制林业的标志，对林业立法原则，立法重点，执法资源的重组以及行政法律监督体系的构建措施等问题提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | After expatiating on the meanings of forestry legal system, legal surroundings under condition of forestry sustainable development and the conflict between forestry legislation, law enforcement and supervision, the author points out the symbol of forestry legal system for sustainable forestry in the next ten years. Meanwhile, puts forward the concrete proposals about forestry legislative principles, emphasis, recompose of enforcing resources and administrative law supervision. |
