产几丁质酶酵母菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:从番茄果实表面筛选到1株产几丁质酶酵母菌株CY-6,该菌株产生的几丁质酶对番茄镰刀菌果腐病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)有较强的抗菌活性并具有较广的抗菌谱。形态及生理生化特征测定结果表明:菌株CY-6与伊萨酵母属(Issatchenkia)中的陆生伊萨酵母(I.terricola)种的特征基本一致;测定了该菌株的26S rDNAD1/D2区域序列并根据26S rDNA构建了系统发育树;在系统发育树中,菌株CY-6与陆生伊萨酵母形成一个类群,序列同源性高达99.6%。因此,将菌株CY-6鉴定为陆生伊萨酵母。

Abstract:A chitinase-producing yeast isolate CY-6 was screened from the surface of tomato fruits. The chitinase produced by strain CY-6 could strongly inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum and exhibited inhibition against a wide-range of plant pathogenic fungi. Morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain CY-6 showed that the characteristics of strain CY-6 were essentially consistent with those of Issatchenkia terricola. The analysis of 26S rDNAD1/D2 domain sequence from strain CY-6 suggested that strain CY-6 was clustered together with I. terricola in the phylogenetic tree, and the sequence identity between strain CY-6 and I. terricola was 99.6%. The result indicates that strain CY-6 belongs to I. terricola.
