| 摘 要： | 采用酸性大红染料对0.5mm刨切泡桐单板进行染色正交试验。以染液组成和染色工艺为试验因素，用正交方法，以木材上染率进行观测和分析。试验结果表明，NaCl最佳质量分数为1.5%；染料最佳质量分数是0.5%；适宜处理时间为4h；乙酸最佳分数为2%；渗透剂质量分数为0.1%；最佳染色温度是70℃。 |

| Abstract: | To optimize the parameters of dyeing process, the dye up-take was studied by orthogonal method according to the changes of related factors such as NaCl, dye concentration, acetic acid, treating time, surface-active agent and the temperature. The 0.5mm paulownia veneer was dyed in the aqueous acid bright red solution. |
