摘    要:以南方主要造林树种杉木为研究对象,采用溶液培养方法,研究了不同质量分数的铜、锌、镉对种子发芽与根伸长的污染效应。结果表明,不同质量分数的铜、锌、镉对杉木种子发芽与根伸长均存在抑制效应,这不仅降低了种子的发芽率,而且将种子发芽的高峰期推迟1、2d。重金属质量分数与种子发芽抑制率、根伸长抑制率之间普遍存在显著的回归关系,其中根伸长抑制率明显大于种子发芽抑制率。

Abstract:A study was conducted to determine the ecological effects of copper, zinc and cadmium with different concentrations on inhibition of seed germination and root elongation of Chinese fir by the method of liduid cultivation using the main afforestation tree species Chinese fir as research object. Results showed that the inhibition effects of heavy metals with different concentrations on seed germination and root elongation were all obvious, namely heavy metals not only can decrease the rate of seed germination, but also can postpone the germination peak for one or two days. The regression relationships between heavy metal concentration and inhibition rate of seed germination, root elongation of Chinese fir were remarkable, however, the inhibition effect of heavy metals on root elongation of Chinese fir was much stronger than that on seed germination.
