基于网络大数据的普者黑自然保护区社会服务价值评价

以丘北普者黑自然保护区为研究范围,利用词频分析技术对普者黑自然保护区的网络评价进行数据采集和分析;通过高德数据和GIS分析的结合,对比丘北普者黑自然保护区游人分布的时空变化,探讨普者黑自然保护区的物质性和精神性社会服务价值。结果表明:游客对自然保护区社会服务的关注热点集中在影视剧、综艺节目中的拍摄地和当地的荷花美景上,而较少关注丘北普者黑的喀斯特地貌、湖泊景观,说明景区自然资源的开发利用效能不明显。空间上游客长期以普者黑湖、普者黑村和仙人洞村为聚集区域,时间上游客高峰主要集中在荷花盛开的6—8月,说明保护区旅游服务产品组合单一、季节性景观明显的问题。保护区内的荷花成为游客的主要观赏对象,而保护区内独特丰富的、长季节性的喀斯特地貌和湖泊景观的价值未能传达给游客;人文活动、节能环保和建筑设施服务功能传达性较低。丘北自然保护区由于特殊的景观地貌和民族文化,各处景观的空间特质较为明确,相对于一般保护区而言,保护区的特性和表征使得某些文化特质能够更加明显被感知。自然保护区的物质化景观空间与文化特质有着较好的关联性,大众对于文化特质好感度较高。

Research on Social Service Value of Puzhehei Nature Reserve Based on Network Big Data

By taking Puzhehei Nature Reserve in Qiubei County as the research object,the study used word frequency analysis technology to collect and analyze the network evaluation of Puzhehei Nature Reserve,and through the combination of Gaode data and GIS analysis,this study macroscopically reflects the temporal and spatial changes of the distribution of tourists in Puzhehei Nature Reserve and discusses the material and spiritual social service value of Puzhehei Nature Reserve.The results show that the focus of tourists′attention to the social service of nature reserves is on the film and television drama,variety show shooting place and the local lotus scenery,but less attention is paid to the karst landforms and lake landscape of Puzhehei Nature Reserve in Qiubei County,indicating that the exploitation and utilization efficiency of natural resources in scenic spots is not obvious.In terms of space,tourists have been gathering in Puzhehei Lake,Puzhehei Village and the Fairy Cave Village for a long time.In terms of time,the peak of tourists is mainly concentrated from June to August,when the lotus is in full bloom,reflecting the problem of single portfolio of tourism services and over-concentration of seasonality.The lotus in the reserve has become the main viewing object for tourists,but the value of the unique,rich karst landform without seasonal variation and lake landscape in the reserve has not been conveyed to the tourists.The accessibility of human activities,energy conservation and environmental protection and building facilities service functions is low.Because of its special landscape and ethnic culture,the spatial characteristics of landscape in the nature reserve are relatively clear.Compared with the general reserve,the characteristics and representations of the reserve make some of its cultural characteristics more fully perceived.The physical landscape space of nature reserve has a good correlation with its cultural characteristics,and the public has a high sense of its culture.
