| Abstract: | Based on the review of concept and popular models of the artificial neural network, the application status of the artificial neural network to forest resource management and dynamic monitoring, to the classification and identification of forest vegetation and site categories, and its application to prevention of the forest disasters and to the evaluation of forest ecosystem was summarized. And the application tendency of artificial neural network in forestry practice in the future was discussed. |
