建党精神融入大学生党员党性教育探析

建党精神融入大学生党员党性教育是弘扬与传承建党精神的基本要求,也是大学生党员日常思想政治教育的必然选择。从建党精神的内涵出发,分析建党精神融入大学生党员党性教育的意义,有利于提高大学生党员政治觉悟和党性修养,有利于大学生党员成长成才,有利于完善高校学生党支部建设。针对当前大学生党员党性教育实践过程部分大学生党员对建党精神认同感亟待提升、高校对建党精神理论宣传力度有待加强,以及党性教育实效性有待提高等制约因素;提出了建党精神融入大学生党员党性教育的有效路径:一是发挥高校基层党组织的政治引领作用,二是创新大学生党员党性教育教学方式,三是加强网络新媒体技术在党员党性教育中的应用,四是完善大学生党性教育制度化建设。从而将建党精神文化资源融入大学生党员党性教育,以增强大学生党员对建党精神的认同感,发扬伟大建党精神,做新时代的接班人。

On the Integration of the Founding Spirit of the CPC into the Party Spirit Education of University Student Party Members

The integration of the founding spirit of the Communist Party of China into the party spirit education of college student party members is the basic requirement for carrying forward and inheriting the founding spirit of the CPC,and it is also an inevitable choice for the daily ideological and political education of college student party members.Starting from the connotation of the founding spirit of the CPC,this study analyzes the significance of integration of the founding spirit of the CPC into the party spirit education of college student party members,which is conducive to improving the political consciousness and self-cultivation of college student party members,to the growth of college student party members,and to improving the construction of college student party branches.It is addresses the problems of college student party members′recognition of the founding spirit of the CPC that still exists in the practice process of party spirit education for college students.The theoretical propaganda of the founding spirit of the CPC needs to be strengthened by universities and the effectiveness of party spirit needs to be improved.Effective ways to improve are put forward:first,to give full play to the political leading role of grass-roots party organizations in colleges;second,to innovate the teaching method of party spirit education for college students;third,to strengthen the application of network new media technology in party spirit education of party members;fourth,improve the institutionalized construction of party spirit education for college students.Integrate the spiritual and cultural resources of the founding spirit of the CPC into the exploration of the party spirit education of college student party members,so as to enhance college student party members′recognition of the founding spirit of the CPC,carry forward the great founding spirit of the CPC,and be a successor in the new era.
