摘    要:在巨峰葡萄果实着色期施用不同的肥料,研究其对果实成熟期、可溶性固形物含量、品质和风味的影响。结果表明:施用复合肥、复合肥加硫酸钾和花生饼肥处理的果实成熟期分别比对照的提早4 d、9 d和9 d;果肉可溶性固形物含量分别比对照的提高了1、1.6和2.3个百分点;而施用尿素处理的果实成熟期比对照晚2 d,果肉可溶性固形物含量比对照降低了0.6个百分点。

Abstract:Applied different fertilizers to Vitis vinifera cv.Kyoho at its coloration stage to study the effects on the maturity,TSS,quality and flavor of grape fruits.The results showed that fruit maturity of kyoho grape which applied with compound fertilizer,compound fertilizer plus K2SO4 and peanut cake-meal were 4d,9d and 9d earlier,and the pulp TSS were 1%,1.6% and 2.3% higher than the control respectively;and which fertilized with urea was 2d later and the pulp TSS was 0.6% lower than the control.
